  My child has been going there for a couple of months. Some of the teachers are very nice, but others either don't take their job seriously, or don't listen to what they are told. My child was involved in a 'biting incident', 2 times in one day. The first incident occured and the teacher was instructed what to do, and that removing the biting child from the area was the best thing to do. Thus failing to do so. The second bite then occured. This biting child bit my child and one other child, in the same day. Something needs to be done. If they have this little regard for the children there, then management really needs to take a long, hard look at how they handle this type of scenario. Parents don't like having their children come home with bites. Try and be more proactive. This is bad for business.
